Go to Start > Programs > SysTools Notes Address Book Converter. Main screen of the software appears as follows:

Click the “Browse” button to select names.nsf file that you wish to convert from Notes Address Book to Outlook contacts.

Click the “Scan Notes Contacts” button to scan Lotus Notes Address Book or names.nsf file. After scanning, the software will display the entire contact information in different sections or tabs as follows:

Now click on the “Save Contacts” button to save the converted contacts.

Software will display all available "Conversion Options". Choose required conversion format, you may save contacts in Outlook PST file, export contacts to MS Excel file & Save in vCard format and then click on Start Conversion button.

Using Notes Address Book to Outlook Converter users can save Lotus Notes Contacts to the following:

• Save Contacts to Outlook Contacts
• Save Contacts to Excel File
• Save Contacts to CSV File
• Save Contacts to vCard File
